Anne is a renowned governance expert, having served as Chair of the SEC’s Investor Advisory Committee for eight years and as Director of Corporate Governance at CalSTRS, one of the largest pension funds in the United States, for ten years. In these and other roles, Anne was a leader in navigating complex legislative, regulatory, and shareholder relations affairs. Anne is a founder of the Investor Stewardship Group and serves on the advisory boards of the Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance at the University of Delaware and the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford Law School.
