Our Mastectomy Bra

In 2021, we introduced our first-ever bra to support the thousands of women who undergo mastectomies each year, The Body by Victoria Mastectomy. The Body by Victoria Mastectomy bra has a soft, comfortable design and pockets at the inner lining, allowing for prosthetic inserts.

In 2025, we expanded our Essentials Program to include mastectomy bras, reinforcing our commitment to supporting individuals impacted by breast cancer. Through a company wide volunteer initiative, employees assembled 5,000 mastectomy bra kits designed to provide comfort, dignity, and encouragement throughout the breast cancer journey. These kits are distributed through trusted nonprofit partners, including AfroPink, American Cancer Society, I Support the Girls, Pink Aid, and Pink Ribbon Good.

Pelotonia

We’ve also donated $24 million to innovative cancer research over the last 15 years through our longstanding partnership with Pelotonia. One hundred percent of funds raised for the Pelotonia community are invested in a variety of initiatives annually, summarized best by the following priorities:

  • Enhanced Treatments and Therapies: Pelotonia dollars help recruit and retain the best talent in cancer research to explore high-impact breakthroughs that make cancer treatment less toxic and more effective.
  • The Next Generation of Research Talent: The Pelotonia Scholars Program to empower young innovators across academic fields and disciplines to pursue a career in cancer research.
  • Immuno-Oncology: Pelotonia pioneered a landmark investment to launch the Pelotonia Institute for Immuno-Oncology.

We also partner with the Shenzhen Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Center in China, which leads large-scale public breast cancer screening programs, promotes early detection, and collaborates with medical and community organizations to advance breast health awareness.

In Vietnam, we work with Breast Cancer Network Vietnam to help manufacture and distribute affordable mastectomy bras and breast forms for middle- and low-income patients. Additionally, our partnership with BasicNeeds Vietnam enables us to provide psychosocial support for women undergoing cancer treatment.

We are proud of our associates’ participation and dedication to advancing these efforts, and we are honored to leverage our resources to help create lasting change. Together, we aim to empower survivors and move closer to finding a cure.
