On August 3, 2021, L Brands (NYSE: LB) completed the separation of the Victoria’s Secret business into an independent, public company through a tax-free spin-off to L Brands shareholders. The new company, named Victoria’s Secret & Co., includes Victoria’s Secret Lingerie, PINK and Victoria’s Secret Beauty. Victoria’s Secret & Co. is a NYSE listed company trading under the ticker symbol VSCO.
In conjunction with this announcement, L Brands changed its name to Bath & Body Works, Inc. and now trades under the ticker symbol BBWI.
Victoria’s Secret & Co. world headquarters are located in Columbus, Ohio. We also have offices in New York and Kettering, Ohio.

All stores in the U.S., Canada and China are owned and operated by Victoria’s Secret & Co. and therefore are not franchise operations. Throughout the rest of the world, we currently work with a small number of international partners to deliver our brands to customers. We are not currently entertaining requests for new partners, distributors or licensees.
We require our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards. Victoria’s Secret & Co. maintains a policy called "What We Stand For," which is designed to ensure that our business partners operate ethically and that our merchandise is produced under appropriate conditions in the United States and around the world.
We will not do business with individuals or suppliers that do not meet our standards. We expect our suppliers to promote an environment of dignity, respect and opportunity; provide safe and healthy working conditions; offer fair compensation through wages and other benefits; hire workers of legal age, who accept employment on a voluntary basis; and maintain reasonable working hours. Finally, we require that all suppliers be particularly vigilant about compliance with country of origin and other requirements of the United States Customs Service and related agencies and with similar requirements of other applicable jurisdictions.
