In March 2022, VS&Co suspended operations of our seven franchise-operated stores and the associated ecommerce business in Russia. Given the ongoing economic, logistical and business disruptions in the country, we do not believe resuming those operations is viable and we will not reopen the seven franchise stores or resume the related ecommerce business.
