All of our returns are thoroughly inspected for these standards and in rare cases where a garment is soiled or unsafe for resale or donation, for health and safety reasons, we must damage out the item.

We are actively working on ways to give new life to items that have to be damaged out, including piloting product take-back and recycling initiatives across our business.
